Condo 2 Information: Building One Unit 1304

We have friends in Building One that rent out their condo also! This page is all about their condo. All of the photos on this page are of Condo 2. They face the same direction and have the same views as seen on other pages.

Sleeps 9 (6-8 comfortably) 2 bedroom plus loft, 2 bathrooms.

Master bedroom has queen size bed, full bathroom with tub; also has a private hot tub in master.
Second bedroom has day bed (twin) with twin trundle underneath. Main bathroom has shower, toilet and sink.
Loft has full size bed. Living room has futon and there is a blow up queen size mattress available.
Condo has 2 TVs (+Cable TV), 2 DVD players and one VCR.
This building does have wireless internet access as does the clubhouse.

Pricing:
Nov-Feb: $150/night plus $100 cleaning fee; $1000/week includes cleaning fee Christmas & New Years week(19-3): $250/night; $100 cleaning fee $1400/week includes cleaning fee March, Martin Luther King weekend, President's Day weekend :$200/night plus $100 cleaning fee; $1150/week includes cleaning fee *April-October (see holidays listed below): $75/night plus $100 cleaning fee; $450/week includes cleaning fee Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends*: nightly rentals $85/night plus cleaning fee. Weekly rental for the holiday weekends: $510 (includes the cleaning fee).
