If you're looking for an affordable, family friendly ski area, SolVista Basin in Granby Colorado is for you (formerly Silver Creek ski resort). Located 15 miles north of Winter Park, this mountain has terrain from beginners to experts, a nordic center with cross country skiing and snowshoeing and a sledding hill for children.
Both condos (see 2nd condo link below) are located only 10 minutes away from Hot Sulphur Springs and Snow Mountain Ranch.

Looking for a place to get away for the summer? Grand County boasts four championship golf courses with views of the Continental Divide and a variety of terrain ranging from open mountain meadows to fairways surrounded by lodgepole pines. Only 67 miles from Denver, Grand County offers a convenient and spectacular golf getaway. Our condo overlooks Headwaters golf course.
Mountain biking and hiking opportunites abound in Grand County. Sol Vista Basin offers FREE chairlift rides from July 2nd to September 4th for mountain biking and hiking fun. Granby is only a few miles from the western boundary of Rocky Mountain National Park.

Full Service Grocery Store:
Full size City Market 2 miles away with deli. Also has gas station.

Pricing:
Nov-Feb: $150/night plus $75 cleaning fee; $900/week includes cleaning fee Christmas & New Years week(19-3):$200/night; $1200/week includes cleaning fee March, Martin Luther King weekend, President's Day weekend : $175/night plus $75 cleaning fee; $1050/week includes cleaning fee *April-October (see holidays listed below): $75/night plus $75 cleaning fee; $450/week includes cleaning fee Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day weekends*: nightly rentals $85/night plus cleaning fee. Weekly rental for the holiday weekends: $510 (includes the cleaning fee).
